RETURNS
Your complete satisfaction is the top priority of our website. We provide the instruction to return. Before you want to return the goods, please contact us by e-mail to discuss the problem you are care about. If you want to return, please first contact us by emails or on the spot. Please explain the reason and order number within 14 days of receipt. And ask the return address from customer service staff. Without permission, please do not return. We will not refund until we receive your return. Your feedback is very important to us. If we have refunds agreements, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The balance will be refunded back to you after we receive the package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back, otherwise retail value will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand the importance of a wig to your appearance. However, it should be noted that our wig is made to order. Once the production process begins, labor costs and material costs will be generated. The good news is that there is still time to change your mind after placing your order.

Standard orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a full refund.


Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.


Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.


Once the item been delivered, the order can't be cancelled.


If you do not reply us to confirm your cancellation request within 5 days, we will cancel your order and offer the refund according to our cancellation policy.
